NORLA’s Translator’s Award 2015 to the Bulgarian Eva Kaneva!

During the celebration of the patron saint of translators, St. Jerome, on 01 October in Oslo, NORLA’s translator’s award was announced for the tenth time. The award is given annually to a translator of Norwegian literature and was established to bring into the public eye the contribution foreign translators make to Norwegian literature.

The Sarajevo Film Festival picked its regional favourites

The Sarajevo Film Festival, which was held in the Bosnian capital from 14 to 22 August 2015, announced its winners and awards. The “Heart of Sarajevo for the Best Feature Film” award, which is sponsored by the Council of Europe, went to the film “Mustang”, directed by Deniz Gamze Ergüven from Turkey.
